Guest access

Other things to note
I do not do "instant bookings" because occasionally I make mistakes & list the room as available when it isn't. When making a booking request, please state where you are from, number of guests & your approximate arrival time. I can usually respond to requests within a few minutes. The building has a fob/key access system. Sometimes I am present to let guests in, other times I use the KeyCafe key pickup service which is at a coffee shop close by. Price includes utilities.
