Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Our Heritage Villa End unit townhouse is 1 block to World Famous Harbour Town! This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath end unit has been professionally decorated with all new furniture/lamps/pictures/etc.(Dec 2010)Each bedroom has a new flat screen TV, plus there's a new 32' flat screen in the Living room!

Each bedroom features a private bath. The main level Master bedroom (Perfect for folks who don't like steps) features a new King size bed & white furniture! Upstairs there is the 2nd Master Bedroom with a King size bed, and bedroom #3 has a pair of new twin beds.The house is light and bright featuring skylights and a cathedral ceiling. There is an open loft with a desk (Just in case someone needs to study or do a little work). Our home is located in the heart of Harbour Town, and just a 5 minute car/trolley ride to the Beach Club or 10 minutes by Bike!

Dining out? Hilton Head has everything from fast food to 5 Star restaurants. Some of the finest restaurants and Pubs featuring entertainment at night are located just 5 minutes away in Harbour Town. If you prefer to Grill out, we have a large patio with a big table and chairs(Seats 6) and a new Weber gas Grill.

We put a lot of time/money/thought in redecorating our home in a way that we think will please our guests. Give us a call, I'm sure you will enjoy it!

About The Owner

Theresa & I have a daughter in college,and we have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for 20 years.We made a long awaited move to Hilton Head Island in November 2011. We have owned rental property for 30 years, and when we vacation we always prefer to stay in homes versus staying in sterile hotel rooms.

There is no better Beach than Hilton Head Island, and our little slice of heaven is ideally located & priced great! Come visit us!

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2001
Why The Owner chose Sea Pines

Sea Pines has always been our first choice. It's simply the center of activity on the Island. It has lots of programs for adults,and kids such as their adventure day camps that no where else compares. Being just a 5 minute walk to Harbour Town has been fantastic! What we enjoy most is parking our car and being able to ride our bikes everywhere we want to go. We Love it all!

What makes this townhome unique

One of the unique benefits of this property is location, just minutes to Harbour Town/restaurants/pubs/etc. The over sized patio is a great place to relax and chat with friends and family! The main level Master Bedroom is especially nice if you have senior guests that don't like to climb the steps.
