Our Stoney Creek Town house has 3 generous sized bedrooms and 3.5 baths.The home backs to the marsh and has been professionally decorated. The main level features ceramic tiled floors with a sunken living room and separate dining room, both have new furniture (Dec 2010) to include all pictures, lamps and window treatments! The Kitchen has beautiful white cabinates, upgraded appliances, and granite counter tops! The adjacent laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, and there is a conveniently located powder room on the main level.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a private full bath and balcony. There are TV's in each bedroom, with a new 26' flat screen in the master bedroom. The bedding arrangement are (Master Bdrm-King*Bdrm #2 has a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twins and a trundle) The home can comfortably sleep 8 people.

If you like to dine out Hilton Head has everything from fast food to 5 star restaurants. Some of the best restaurants and pubs are just 2 blocks away at Harbour Town. If you prefer to cook out, we have a large patio backing to the marsh, with a cast iron table and chairs, plus a new Weber Gas Grill!

About Tom Pleimling

Theresa and I have a daughter in college, and have vacationed on Hilton Head Island for 20 years. We recently moved and made Hilton Head Island our home. We have owned rental property for over 30 years.We have largely redone this unit, and tried to take every step to make it comfortable for you. There is no better beach than Hilton Head Island, our little slice of heaven is ideally located, excellently priced and a great place for a family vacation! Come visit us!

Sea Pines has always been our first choice. Its the essence of Hilton Head Island, with a dynamite beach, world class golf and tennis, the forest preserve with fishing and trail rides. Being located in Harbour Town has been great, its the focal point of Sea Pines with there many programs for adults and kids alike, plus you can walk to restaurants. My favorite part of owning in Sea Pines is that we can park the car and bike almost anywhere we like to go, you'll love it all!

What makes this townhome unique

The unique benefits of our home are many! Backing to the marsh is great, and being able to sit on the patio or on a balcony and enjoy the blue heron,egrets and many other water fowl with coffee in the morning has been a treat. Inside we have it beautifully decorated and nicely equipped, we have tried to spend as much time at Stoney Creek as we can!

Annoying problems

Excellent location
Some problems:
Mold along shower doors.
Bought mold spray , disappeared after two applications
Gas grill rusty took 1/2hour to clean had to go buy lighter to start
Not very hot probablyi may need new propane waiting for hamburgers to cook
Had to take burgers off and cook inside.
Spouse should check condo frequently , a woman eyes will know what has to be fixed or updated
No info on when garbage is collected.


No telephone book in condo
No spare garbage bags

Great place.

My husband and I have visited this property numerous times and have enjoyed every visit. We love the proximity to Harbourtown (we walk there every evening) and the beach. Sea Pines is a great place to walk or ride a bike and on occasion you get the added bonus of seeing alligators in their natural habitat. The time or two that there was a problem, the owner took care of it immediately. We will definitely visit this home again. The price can’t be beat.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl und es fehlt nichts. Die Einteilung ist sehr praktisch. Wir konnten 4 schöne Wochen bei tollem Wetter verbringen. Die Region HHH ist ein Paradis für Golfer!!!!
Tom hat hat alles wunderbar vorbereitet, vielen Dank.
Bis nächstes Jahr, wir kommen gerne wieder.
