This is a great beach house. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean. Great location. Only a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The only time we used our car was when we went out to route 1. We absolutely loved The Point Coffee House!! The blueberry crumb cake was the best!!!!! The owner was great to work with. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends. We will definitely be back.

How would I describe this house? PERFECT! What a pleasant surprise to arrive and find a gift for us on the beautiful dining room table. The house is huge - sleeps 13 comfortably - and beautifully furnished. There are 3 bathrooms - two on the main level and one upstairs. They all have plenty of storage space, whether it be a large vanity or shelves with baskets. There are plenty of hooks to hang robes, etc. All bedrooms have beautiful bedding (you bring sheets) and large closets with plenty of space and more than enough hangers. There are blankets and pillows in every bedroom. The kitchen is modern, large and fully equipped with many amenities not normally found in a rental. Everything is labeled, making it easy to find and to return things to their proper place. The living room was comfortable with plenty of seating. The couch and comfy chairs provide more than enough room for a large gathering. There are plenty of games in the entertainment center and a table and chairs to sit and read or play games. There's a great sound system for your i-Pad, along with a huge flat screen TV and beautiful fireplace. The den has two sofa beds. One opens to a queen size bed and the other opens to a twin bed. There's also a flat screen TV and plenty of DVD movies. The den has a nice size closet with more than enough pillows and blankets. The sun porch is awesome - the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or tea or evening glass of wine. There are comfortable chairs and a nice table and chairs, making this a perfect spot to sit and read the paper, etc. The overhead fans along with all of the windows allow for a beautiful breeze. I loved to sit here and people watch. The backyard has a large table, big BBQ grill, nice pond, an adorable doll house and best of all - an outdoor shower. Garage has plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. There's also a laundry room and a closet full of beach towels. I can't say enough about this beautiful house and the lovely owners. Elizabeth was such a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond in helping me retrieve an item I left behind. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We look forward to returning to this beautiful house.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beach rental! The house was very spacey, clean, and had updated kitchen and bathrooms. All 11 girls loved it! The owner was so sweet and great to work with. She even left a gift for us! The house has everything we needed and more! The location was also great. It was very close to the main strip and the beach. I would highly recommend house!
