House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Our 7-year old custom home is located within walking distance of the club house of the Green Springs Golf Course and the community clubhouse / workout room, tennis courts, and both indoor and outdoor pools.

The home has an open breakfast room/kitchen/great room concept with vaulted ceilings, custom cabinets, travertine floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a built in fireplace. These rooms flow from a private patio off the breakfast room through to the private back yard patio off of the family room. The kitchen is fully furnished.

The large master bedrooms includes a king size bed and a master bath with a jetted tub / separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom which has a trundle bed. All bedrooms have access to patios at this home.

WiFi is included. Located with 5 minutes of theaters, shopping,and restaurants. Zion National Park is about 40 minutes away. This is a very restful home to enjoy Southwest Utah.

St. George / Washington area: In everything we do while at our home, we have found the people in the area to be very nice. Our agents will come by to make sure your stay is comfortable and can help with any questions you may have about the property during your stay. We have wonderful neighbors who live here full time and will most likely drop by to say 'Hi' during your visit.

Notes: The bicycle in the garage is the owners and not for rentor use. The fitness facility, indoor & outdoor pool, and tennis courts are located at the subdivision community center located nearby. It is a short walk from our home, past the Green Springs Golf Club house, next to the Golf driving range. We have provided coolers for the rentors use while staying at the home. These items are located in the pantry in the laundry room located off of the kitchen. Please feel free to use them as you are taking a day trip to any of the State & National Parks in the area or heading to a bike trail for exercise! You will find the coffee pods for our Keurig single cup coffee maker in the pantry! Enjoy! With this home, we enjoy 'letting the outdoors in'. We keep the draperies open as much as possible to enjoy the bright back patio as if it is part of our Family room. One of our favorite other spots is to have our breakfast on the Breakfast room patio and enjoy the view of Pine Mountain.

Beautiful Home

We had the opportunity to stay at this home for a long weekend. The home is in wonderful condition and close to everything. Communication with the owner and the entire process was easy and efficient. We highly recommend staying here and will look to do so ourselves next time we're in the area.

Excellent Executive Accomodations

This house had all that we were looking for, for our bike trip to St. George...a big kitchen, comfy beds, and attached garage to store our bikes and gear. The quiet location is surprisingly close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. I would recommend this rental and will definitely use it again on my next trip to St George.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was just as it was described - only better. The home was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed.
We received wonderful customer service throughout our vacation planing, as well as during our stay.
My husband and I went with another couple to watch the Ironman Triathalon and had a great time in southern Utah.
We wouldn't change a thing!

Excellent Home for a Peaceful Getaway

The house was great: clean, open, plenty of room and everything we needed. The welcome gift from the owners was a nice touch. It made us feel a personal connection to the home and not just a "rental". Everything felt comfortable and made us feel right at home. Everything we wanted to do: from shopping to biking to hiking to eating out was all close by and convenient. We enjoyed our stay so much it was hard to leave. We would definitely recommend it and will be back ourselves.

Great place to stay in St. George

This was a great home to stay in for a long weekend. We have rented several home from Homeaway and VRBO and this was one of the best we have rented. It was beautiful and well furnished. The pictures online actually do not do it justice. We had everything we needed to cook and BBQ. The beds were comfy and had awesome sheets. The owners put together a helpful book that had things to do as well as detailed instructions on how to work everything in the home. Their agent was easy to contact and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The men in our group appreciated being so close to a golf course as well as the huge flat screen TV and surround sound. The home worked well for children as two of the bedrooms connected to a bathroom. the kids loved the pool and hottub, tennis courts and workout gym that we were able to access in the community center. The home was also in a quiet neighborhood on a culdesac which was great for the kids to playout side, ride their bikes etc. We would definitely stay here again!
