Your search is over! Stop looking at other places to stay. This house has EVERYTHING you need and then some to make your vacation a wonderful experience. All of the previous comments from other renters are absolutely spot on. This house was BY FAR the cleanest and well cared for rental that we have ever had. We were blown away when we arrived. This house is more like a home than a rental. The furnishings and accommodations were not as though they were just thrown together as an afterthought. The owners are wonderful to work with and have thought of every detail. They make the rental process easy and stress free at every level. The little things matter, and Jim and MaryAnn have thought of everything. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this house. Don't bother looking anywhere else. We are already planning our return! I thought finding a four bedroom beach house would not be so hard in September! We lucked out when we heard back from MaryAnn. She had a few days available in September - and just the days we needed! We would have taken anything, but instead ended up with a wonderful four bedroom house with a fantastic view that fit our seven adults just right. We came down for a family wedding and quality time together with our 82 year old mom, 2 sisters, a brother, spouses, and a cousin. There was plenty of space in the fully stocked kitchen for all of us to fix breakfast and lunch. The table and breakfast bar held us comfortably with plenty of attractive and well lit seating in the living room. We loved the deck - we had storms with high surf and a good bit of wind - the view from the deck let us enjoy the drama of nature without getting blown about.

The beds were comfortable. We slept two adults in the kids bunk room and that worked well. We would love to come back for a week in spring or fall with the younger members of our family - the house is well equipped for children with the bunk room, games, beach toys, etc. The older generation appreciates the elevator - my 89 year old aunt visited, because she knew she could use the elevator.

I have to end by saying that Mary Ann and Jim Phillips were very attentive and answered any questions promptly prior to our arrival and were available after arrival if needed. Having that kind of personal attention makes all the difference when renting a home!

We stayed in this beach house for Deluna fest September 20-24, 2012. We had a group of 10. EVERYONE in our group said the same thing when they arrived. "THIS PLACE IS PERFECT!!! (I put that in all caps intentionally). The owners truly go above and beyond anything anyone one in our well-traveled group has ever experienced as far as owners taking care of guests. I was actually the unfortunate one who had the daunting task of finding a house that suited everyone's needs, and i gurantee you this place does not disappoint. I could go on and on about this place and how perfect it was. If i had to sum it up, i would say great view, great house, great covered area/parking,....and man did i LOVE the spacious deck; not to leave out the storage area on the ground floor with beach gear, extra grills, and extra refrigerator. Oh yeah, the outside hot/cold shower was also great to have. Everyone thought i was a genius for picking this place and i cannot wait until we come back!!
