The house is situated near the centre of Berlin. It features three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with bath tub and shower and a place to have the daily meal. The establishment is very handy and rustic. There are a hi-fi system and a television. It is possible to use the garage. Children and animals can engage themselves or can play in the wide garden or the near wood. You can reach the centre of Berlin in 15 minutes by train. The arrival is really easy. You can go by car via the southern Berliner Ring or by train and city railway. The nearest station is Berlin Karlshorst. There is a turf, many restaurants with national and international kitchen and some bars and clubs in Karlshorst. The location around our house is calm. Close by there are two swimming pools and the zoo in Friedrichsfelde. There is also a ferry boat. You can cross the river Spree with it in five minutes. An inhabitation in this vacation house promises fun, experience and recreation. We have cable-TV and Satellite-TV.

  • You can rent up to 7 bicycles too; the price is 5 € per day. For a long staying we will give you a special price. The distance to the Europe-tour trip is 5 min from the cottage. Especially for you we arrange Hungarian evenings with wine or during the winter time Siberian parties at the romantic fireplace. If you want to we can arrange a babysitter for the young couple.

  • The cottage has been renovated in May 2007. The floor is now made of parquet and everything has been painted. The cottage is shining bright now. For the calm hours of the day the jalousies are helpful to dim-out and to set up a comfortable temperature inside the house during summer time. For your cosiness and for the fact that your pet feeling comfortable we designed sheepskin rugs and carpets on the ground of the rooms. If you wish you can have breakfast and dinner prepared by the landlord or you can prepare the meals in the completely equipped kitchen yourselves and you can eat the prepared food at the house, the garden or the fireplace.

Notes: The establishment is very practical and rustic. The furniture is from Germany and Argentina. There are sheepskin rugs on the armchairs (removable). The kitchen is comfortably furnished, all needed kitchen equipments are available in sufficient quantity. It is possible to celebrate small parties at the fireplace. A bath tub, a shower and a commodious mirrored cabinet is situated in the Italian tiled bathroom. You can create a comfy ambience by dimming the lights on the ceiling and the walls or you can put on the lights in the wall unit. In every room you can find different kind of lights for every kind of mood by different functions. In the garden there is a bar, a swing, a place for badminton and soft tennis and a table tennis table for every kind of sportive activity. A well-kept lawn invites for sunbathing and for playing mini golf.

Further information: The house is handicap accessible, but the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. The door is only 60 cm wide.´You cab have a lot of sport activities, for instances play golf, ski-run. The mountains with the name 'Müggelberge' or 'Gosener Berge' are 30 min away.

catering: If you want you can buy breakfast or / and supper or dinner and we can adjust a party by the fireside in the garden or a barbecu (bbq).

transfer: Near our cottage is a good tennis club. For children and parents there is an excellent leisure centre nearby. The Tier Park (zoo) with its collection of rare animals and plants is only 10 min. away by tram or car. If you want we can bring you to airport, to train station or to other locations. Sightseeing tours with explanations can we give you with our own car.

Golf: In and around Berlin there are more than 16 golf courses which can cater for both amateurs and professionals.

Other Activities: table tennis, badminton, crocket, soft tennis

Es gefällt uns ausgesprochen gut; wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Danke für alles. Familie Kucher aus Bensberg. ** Es war ein wunderschönes, liebenswertes Plätzchen. Wir werden uns wiedersehen. Felicity Wiseman, Newcastle. ** Ich war sehr erschöpft und allein. Durch den netten Familienanschluss konnten wir so richtig gut auftanken. Außerdem hat uns die Stadtführung mit dem Auto so gut gefallen. Berlin ist einer Reise wert

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen, schön eingerichtet und für 2-4 Personen ausreichend groß.
Zum Bahnhof Berlin-Karlshorst sind es etwa 10 Min. zu Fuß und nach weiteren 15 Min. erreicht man mit der S-Bahn die Stadtmitte.
Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehme und nette Leute.
Viele Grüße aus dem Allgäu.

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer prachtvollen Anlage mit Blumen, TT-Anlage, Pool und Außenkamin mit Granitmöbeln und Holzstühlen - alles sehr elegant und nett. Eine Oase inmitten der Großstadt! Angenehm war für uns, dass die Vermieter - übrigens sehr nette, freundliche Leute - als Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren. So konnten wir unsere Tourenpläne, Museumsbesuche und Bierkneipengänge mit ihnen abstimmen und bekamen wertvolle Tipps zu historischen Lokalitäten und auch zur Wissensschaftsgeschichte von Berlin. Berlinerisch kannst hier ooch lernen. Daher kommen wir gern wieder; denn: wir haben noch einen Koffer in Berlin... Unsere Bewertung überträfe die fünf Koffer, wäre das nur möglich.

Die Lage des Haus ist sehr ruhig und grün, doch zur Mitte Berlins sind es nur wenige Kilometer. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen.Der angrenzende Wald lädt zum Wandern ein, ferner ein super Gebiet zum Auslauf für Hunde.Die gastfreundlichen Vermieter verwöhnten uns mit einer Stadtrundfahrt durch Berlin und einen unvergesslichen Grillabend am Kamin.Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.Kurzum - ein nettes Domizil

Ein herrliches Ferienhaus in Berlin-Karlshorst.
Gepflegtes Ferienhaus und Garten. Man kann sich schöne Stunden vor den Außenkamien machen und auch das Pool läd zum Relaxen ein. Das Zentrum ist mit den Auto oder der S-Bahn schnell zu erreichen.
Die Gastgeber kümmern sich vorbildlich um Ihre Gäste und stehen auch informativ mit Rat zur Seite.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in den Ferienhaus verbracht und werden auch noch lange auf diesen Urlaub zurücksehen. Ich kann auf alle Fälle dieses Ferienhaus weiterepmfehlen.
