New construction high-rise near down town San Felipe, next to the Marina. Watch the boats come in by day and the city lights by night. Guard gated, pool, spa, clubhouse, weight room and friendly neighbors. Building 1 is complete and fully functional. Building 2 is under construction, however currently there is no active building, therefore there is no construction noise.

I am a vrbo owner and when I arrived the property is far better than any property in San felipe.It was like brand new with everything we could possibly need to enjoy our getaway ,the people were very nice and accomodateing. This property is so nice it doesnt fit in with anything in the city I am glad I found this property we will definetly return again. Thanks Glenda

AMAZING!!!!

Love the unit, it was perfect in every way. Two master bedrooms, two full baths and plenty of room to accommodate every one in our party and there were 7 of us. The decor was wonderful as were the furnishings. The owners have put a lot of pride into making this unit perfect for visitors. Probably has one of the best views of all units because of the location and the design of the balcony. You can see the marina on one side and the town of San Felipe on the other. Everything you would possibly need is right there. Just bring your food and you are ready for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Can't wait to go back. The best weekend I have had in a long time.

Condo is spacious w/a fantastic view of the bay. Right on the beach. Peaceful. Well stocked kitchen, large dining table, comfortable seating in family/living room - which is all windows/glass doors. Large patio w/great chairs as well as dining table.
Bedrooms are spacious & each has their own bath. The family/living room chairs & couch convert into beds. We loved every minute, can't wait to go back.

Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados!!!!! Es el lugar perfecto para pasar un fin de semana en pareja, en familia o con amigos!!! Tiene todo lo que esperas, el condo muyyy comodo con una vista impresionante, y puedes disfrutar de la alberca, el bbq la playa, fogata en la noche y el centro a unos minutos, si volvere? definitivamente!!!!! lo recomiendo 100%

Great Get-Away Weekend!

I've been to this condo twice: Once with a group of girls and once with the family. Awesome!

The condo had everything we needed for an excellent weekend. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner called ahead for the property manager to turn on the air conditioner for our arrival which was very nice. The balcony is a great place to watch the sun rise and set, and the infinity pool was a great place to hang out.

The sleepy fishing town is fun. Most vendors speak English which makes it easy to shop and eat at restaurants. Our teenagers rented quads and dune buggies one morning. We felt very safe, but just for good measure there is a guard gate.

We definitely plan on going back again.
