2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Seawind is beautiful new beach-front condo on Beach Blvd with great view and access to private beach. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Gulf Shores Parkway and many eateries and shops. The condo has outdoor pool, heated indoor poor, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

Relax in a comfortable spacious living room with great view of ocean and a 47' flat screen HD TV, Blue Ray DVD player, wifi. The living room sofa can be converted into a queen sleep

The suite also have fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar.

Wake up in the master bedroom king-size bed with glistening view of the ocean through double glass doors leading to the balcony. Master bedroom also have cable with 37' flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD and walk-in closet. Th master bath has bathtub, granite vanity and plenty of storage space.

The Guest Bedroom holds a queen size bed, cable TV and DVD, WIFI, closet and dresser. It is connected via separate door to the second bath that also have bathtub.

Although not officially a bedroom, the third room contains twin size bunk beds for two.

The gourmet kitchen awaits you with granite countertops and breakfast bar, cherry cabinets, and stainless appliances and is open to the dining area that adequately six seats plus 3 barstools, dining table, armoire with cable TV and Blue Ray DVD comfortably.

The condo was fully and nicely furnished and in great condition. The owner was really good to work with, and the process was very easy. The location was excellent. The description was exactly the way the condo was, and there was enough room for 4 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 5.

We were very pleased with most everything - and we loved the location & the view. The kitchen was well stocked with good utensils, pans & dishes, glassware, etc. Our complaint would be with the carpet which seemed to be extremely soiled. Also the couch was needing some support under the seat cushions to prevent a "sagging" feeling. We noticed similar a situation with some sagging of the king size mattress - even a good mattress topper might correct the problem. And I wouldn't want the black table to collapse - but I did notice a large crack in one of the legs. All in all - a very nice place. Appreciate Shasta's friendliness & also quick responses from Jay. So until next time - ta ta!
PS - If you plan to replace the carpet, I would suggest some heavy duty indoor/outdoor carpet or even tile (as we saw some units have that.) Thanks again.

Our family really enjoyed staying here for 9 days in October for my mother's 79th birthday. Everything went well, and when we had questions, Jay & Shasta were easy to contact. I would rent again.

Jay was very helpful during our reservation process and quick to respond to our questions. The condo was very nice. We had plenty of room to move around. The adult pool was a bit small, but the kiddie pool was a big hit with our kids. Our only complaint was that there are only two elevators for the whole uint and one was broken about 50% of our stay, so waiting for the elevator was an issue. The staff of the condo were great!

Simply Marvelous!

I was very pleased with the condo, and the descriptions were accurate as listed.

We slept 7 people comfortably, and the condo was gorgeous. It was beautifully cleaned upon arrival, and I had no problem getting a hold of Shasta, the condo manager, regarding any questions. She even stopped by the condo to make sure everything was good.

I would recommend the condo to anyone with kids. My children absolutely loved it.

There is more than enough activities to keep you entertained during your stay, and the ocean view is breathtaking. I loved sitting on the balcony, and taking in the scenary.

The only negative issue we had was that the elevators had a bit of maintenance problems occur during the week we stayed. There are only 2 elevators in the entire condo to accomodate 20 floors, so they stay busy, especially during peak season.

Other than that, our stay was wonderful.. Would definitely consider booking again.
