I'm a world traveler originally from the SF Bay Area, but I love Seattle, my adopted 'hometown'. These days, my husband and I are also spending part of the year in Tucson--- our new winter home.
Having lived in Germany, France, Mexico, Spain, Tunisia, and Turkey has allowed me to become fairly proficient in several languages... French & Spanish being my strongest suits.
In my spare time, I play a lot of tennis and see as many movies as I can!
Ana purchased this townhome in 2008
I have enjoyed living in Madison Valley since I arrived in Seattle in 1991. It's a great neighborhood out of the hubbub of downtown, but it's super convenient to so many attractions.
Easy street parking, nice big kitchen, perfect for extended families & much much more
Thank you for a wonderful stay in Seattle. The townhouse worked out great for our group of 5.
We love the neighborhood, enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops.
The townhouse is well located and well-appointed and we go home with very special memories of Seattle.
What a great place to spend a long weekend in Seattle. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was so nice to see the extra-special touches like: plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, dishwashing soap, salt, sugar, coffee filters and even some coffee! The neighborhood is fantastic with many cool shops, restaurants, and a great bakery. Parking was easy on the street and we were very close to downtown. We would most definitely stay here again.
We were in Seattle for 3 weeks and this place was perfect for us. My brother and sister came to visit for a couple of days and we had plenty of space. The open kithcen/living room space is perfect for family time. Very spacious. The quiet neighborhood was close enough & far enough away from downtown.(maybe 2 miles to downtown, literally a couple of minutes by car or bus stop around the corner). We had one problem and the owners fixed it immediately. Great people. We will definitely stay here again if its available.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cazul. We had no car and got around nicely on the buses with an Orca pass. There was a little hill climbing involved, but that shouldn't be a surprise in Seattle! The beds were comfortable (except the downstairs bed lacks box springs?) and the rooms were warm. It's situated in a convenient location within 10-15 minutes of everything by bus, and there are some lovely restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We especially enjoyed breakfast every morning at a little coffee house/bakery just up the street. We would stay here again. Thanks Ana :)
This property provided a much needed respite spot for incoming relatives. It had comfortable beds in bedrooms for 6 and the living room fold out worked well enough for younger family members. The neighborhood is close to downtown and parking was no problem. Appreciated the kitchen (saved a ton by eating in and Trader Joe's, QFC and Safeway close by) and bathrooms since there was little problem juggling the 8 people prepping for the event. Double sinks, great shower and bathtub downstairs. Re: suite downstairs. It was perfect for visiting uncle and his wife. Four nights/five days were more relaxing than I thought it would be because of the property. Would book there again in future if we had a number traveling with us. Thanks, Ana!
We cannot rave enough about our stay at Cazul Townhouse!! We had two families fly into Seattle to attend my wedding and this place was absolutely perfect.
Ana, the owner, was prompt to reply to any questions we had and her super friendly responses made us feel right at home and welcome. She provided is with everything we needed and went out of her way to supply fans when we experienced Seattle's "Heat Wave".
The townhouse was the perfect size to accommodate 8 adults comfortably and was clean, tidy and well maintained. We fell in love with the surrounding neighborhood that was full of boutiques and local restuarants.
We would recommend staying here to anyone and know we will stay here again when in Seattle!
We enjoyed our stay - the neighborhood is great and within walking distance to many restaurants and the arboretum. Very clean and well equipped with lovely decor and comfortable beds. Overall quiet neighborhood and parking was not a problem. Well represented on website. Would have been nice to have a few basics like coffee filters, salt and pepper and spray oil on hand as well as hand towels for each person.
This is a wonderful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch & dinner AND with a great array of 'local' and international cuisines. Not too far away are Washington Park Arboretum, the Japanese Garden, Madison Park, and Volunteer Park.
