Description:

“Beach View at the Grove”, 3D Seagrove Villa, is the perfect destination for three couples or a small family looking for a front row seat to an amazing view of the ocean.  Seagrove Villa is one of the most popular communities in Wild Dunes.  It is an easy walk to most of the community’s five restaurants, Harbor golf course, spa, shopping, and the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk.  But Seagrove Villa is just far enough away to provide privacy and the quiet beach lifestyle nestled in a grove of ancient oak trees.   

Step inside and you’ll find “Beach View at the Grove” is furnished in style but with comfort in mind.  The floor plan offers an open living, dining and kitchen area all having a view of the pool and ocean.  It is easy to relax in the cozy living area that features a large television mounted above a new decorative fireplace featuring white shiplap and trim.  The kitchen has had many updates and is fully equipped for your family and friends.  There is dining seating for six with four at the dining table and two at an additional table adjacent to the kitchen. 

The first level of “Beach View at the Grove” has two bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bath.  The oceanfront, master suite is located on the second level.  It has sweeping views of the ocean and features a king bed, master bath, and a desk in case you must bring work with you to the beach.

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:

The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October).   These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents.  Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
