  • Payments are accepted by U.S. Personal check, PayPal or HomeAway, a 3% fee is added to the balance if PayPal or HomeAway is used. Rent is subject to a $150.00 cleaning fee. Florida tax is included in the rental fee. One third of the balance is due upon booking and is applied to the balance. Another one third is due 45 days prior to your arrival and is applied to the balance. The final payment is due on or before on the check in date. Cancellations are permitted 90 days prior, with a 100% refund, 60 days prior with a 50% refund. I offer HomeAway security protection which is included in the contract for $69.00. This excludes the need for a security deposit.
    Hurricane refunds apply from June-October. Upon acceptance of the quote, a contract is sent, which includes rental guidelines and home information.

We have found the Perfect Place !

We had really been looking forward to our Naples holiday, but our expectations were definetely rewarded more than we could expect. The place was perfect, and our welcome was nice and friendly from Pam, the owner. She had not overstated anything, we got a lot more - and fell in love with the house from the moment we stepped inside.
The property was clean, the furniture delicate and very well taken care of. The art and artifacts were tasteful and interesting - and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our family. She even had beach chairs and a cooler waiting for us.
A special feature to this house is the private, heated outdoor pool "within the house" - the house is built partly around it. Was it a jewel to the kids! (And to us grownups too, who could dip right into the pool from the bedroom or living room.) We all loved it!
Pam's house is located within walking distance to one of the best beaches of Florida. It is also in a perfect distance to great dining and shopping downtown in Old Naples, and outlet malls and shopping malls are conveniently within a short driving distance.
We have already recommended Pam's house to our friends, and just hope there will be future openings available for us to come back for many, many years.

unbelievable memories

This is the second time my family has stayed in Pam's home. It is much more than a beautiful house.... it is a warm and welcoming home.
The physical layout is stunning with the pool accessible from every room and Pam's eclectic taste in art adorning each of those rooms. She has created a home that is large and spacious but cozy and relaxing as well.
A week inside this home prepares you to begin exploring the beautiful beaches and shops. Pam knows the area so well and, if requested, she will suggest an itinery tailored to your interests. It has been a place we have made many special memories and we hope to continue to call Pam's home our favourite vacation destination.
I brought my Mom and Dad, my husband and our daughter (their Grand-daughter) this summer. Watching them in this lovely home together laughing, cooking and relaxing created a feeling I will cherish always. Pam, thank you for allowing us to experience you and your home.

Great getaway and close to the beach!!!

I booked this house for a week with 4 other women. It was a great place for hanging out and very convenient to the beach. Not able to walk to the beach, but we were able to be there in a couple of minutes. The pool is on the smaller side and not open to much sun. But is was great to hang out by for a happy hour after the beach!
Thanks to the owner for being able to accomodate us last minute!
The home was very unique and had plenty of space.

The Artistic Retreat

Our family just spent a glorius, relaxing week at Pam's beautiful house!
My wife(a professional interior designer), myself(self-employed Marketing executive) and four teenagers never felt confined nor cramped in this spacious and well appointed home. Pam has thought of everything, quaint and charming water features surrounded in lush and private vegitation, uplighting accents on trees and artwork, all first floor rooms opening up to and surrounding the refreshing and relaxing pool. This house is perfect for a family and/or group of friends looking to live large for the week and having everything at your fingertips as if you were home!! Thank you Pam, we will certainly recommend you to all our friends and family!!!

Lovely stay

I had a wonderful time staying in this home last winter. My family spent a week and had a great time playing in the pool and biking to the beach for a walk along the ocean.

Definitely recommended, Naples is wonderful.
