Spacious family home located on the second street (pedestrian type) of Inlet Beach, near the Morro do Maluf, 80 meters from the beach. It is about 200 meters from Avenida Dom Pedro, where there is intensive trade, with theater, restaurants, supermarkets (Extra and others). The house is in front of Time Square Minister Lafer, with alternate exit for Santa Rosa Street (funds).
