condo is fully stocked with everything you could want including full kitchen, 32' wall mounted flat screen TV w DVD (lots of DVDs in condo too), (also TVs in each bedroom, cable tv & NETFLIX & HBO!!) high end beach chairs & towels, quality tennis racquets, books, cards and board games. Wifi Internet- private secure account- not shared!
*Note- not all cell phones get signal at this location on Longboat Key. Guests are strongly urged to check with your carrier about getting a signal. Wifi Internet is provided.
APRIL 15- SEPT 15, 2014= $775 per week (tax included) plus cleaning ($60 for 2 people, $75 for 4 people). Also can do monthly at $1750 per month plus $100 cleaning. Pets extra.
SEPT 15- DEC 15, 2014 = $650 per week (tax included) plus cleaning ($60 for 2 people, $75 for 4 people). Also can do monthly for $1500 per month plus $100 cleaning. Pets extra.
Please note: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day (Sept) and Thanksgiving (Nov) are holiday rates. = $850 per week + tax (12%) & cleaning or 3 day weekend= $550 + tax (12%) & cleaning. Add $150 per monthly rate for months with holiday (May, July, Sept, Nov)
Holiday 2014- Dec 15- Jan 2, 2015= $900 per week + 12% tax + 75 cleaning
JAN 2- Feb 28, 2015= Jan + Feb= $6000 + tax 12% + one time cleaning fee ($100)
Feb 28- April 18, 2015= $1150 per WEEK + 12% tax + Cleaning $75)

Dogs accepted on a case by case basis- large dogs OK- no viscious breeds and NO incessant barking- disturbs other guests. Dogs= $50 per dog per week, nice dog bed provided with big quilt. Nice dogs welcome, bad dogs fed to sharks :)
