House with Heated Screened-in-Pool Very Close to Disney

My family of two adults, three kids and an infant had a great time whilst holidaying in this home. Our main motivation for selecting this property was location followed by cost. I was happy with both. If you are unfamiliar with the kissimmee area you may find yourself 20-30 mins drive away from the attractions which means driving back and forth can become a bit of a chore after 14 nights. Disney is 5 mins away from Lindfields. The cost included pool heat, a cot and wi-fi. We have stayed in similar accommodation before at Lindfields and were not disappointed in any way with the villa. It was just the right size, clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. The free wi-fi was a real bonus as was the pool heat which was needed at this time of year. The pool was almost 30C most days which meant the kids were happy to stay in it without feeling cold, the wife even went in so it must have been warm enough!
I had several email exchanges with the owner Mark, and he was a pleasure to deal with, as were the property managers Phil and Jo.
The villa did not have 50" flat screen TV's or Playstations like some others, but so what........ you are out most of the day visiting the parks, shopping etc, it felt like a real bargain. Recommended!

Rented from Mark for a week in August. Rooms are exactly as pictures show. Pool area was perfect to lounge in the sun or sit out and eat to watch the kids swim. We couldn't get the playstation to work, but the kids were so tired we didn't put much effort in it. Master bathroom has large tiled shower. Very nice layout so you can rinse off and then get in the pool from the bathroom. Large couches to crash out on after a long day at the park and swimming. Washer and dryer there was fine, although he is updating a new set. We would rent again and are thinking about it for early december. It is perfect for 6 people. Lots of space to hang your things up in the closets. Enjoyed renting from Mark. Multiple pizza shops, gift shops and publix right within 1-2 miles. Ramp to Disney about 5 miles, if that. It was so close to everything, and yet it was in a quieter neighborhood. Trash pic up was twice a week and no hassle at all. Days that we did te parks we were able to pack lunches and freeze our powerades to bring. We borrowed a cooler that was there and loaded up for Typhoon Lagoon. We swam half a day and went to Downtown Disney to Trex for later lunch. It is nice to do that and have all the ammenities of home. I would recommend people to check out this rental.

The house was very nice & clean. Close to shopping and major roadways.
