    In the off season, the nightly rate is $295 for a minimum of 3 nights. I do not charge booking fees, transaction fees or taxes. For long weekends, there is a $100 cleaning fee. (There are exceptions over holiday weekends) Contact owner to confirm rates.

We had a wonderful time there last summer.It was so relaxing and peaceful,and everything was so clean and welcoming.Our whole family continues to look at our pictures and to marvel about how lucky we were to have found such a perfect vacation spot.Our practice has been to vacation in Rehoboth Beach every other summer,so this summer we will go somewhere else.We hope that we will be able to stay at Martin's Lane again in 2013.Thank you for all you did to make our vacation so wonderful.
