Unit 402 has gone through a total transformation with upgrades including new plank tile flooring throughout, modern kitchen cabinets, and gleaming stainless steel appliances. The doors have been replaced, and the bathrooms are a marvel, featuring walk-in tiled showers with adjustable and removable handheld showerheads, complemented by beautiful glass doors. The final touches were added with all-new furnishings, from furniture to dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen supplies. The beds and bedding are new, ensuring your slumber is as serene as the ocean waves. Custom blackout curtains in the living room allow you to create the perfect ambiance.

The living room is adorned with a plush leather sofa and two leather bucket swivel chairs, strategically placed for you to take in the stunning beach views and enjoy the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. For your convenience, there are two wall units for storing additional items. The dining area is complete with a table and four chairs, along with two adjustable height bar stools.

Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom feature wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, spacious closets, bedside tables, lamps, and additional storage cubes with a charging station. For added convenience, the unit is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze.

Please note that monthly rentals are not available, and during the high season, we offer 7-night rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Our unit is a non-smoking and pet-free zone, ensuring a clean and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
