Executive 3 br / 3ba Condo located 100 yards from Bear Valley Lodge. Park in garage and take elevator up. Kitchen has granite counters, Bosch stainless steel appliances and is stocked with new pots, pans, plates and utensils. The living room has a 46'' Plasma TV and Blu-Ray disk home theater with surround sound. The bedroom on this level has a custom bunk bed with twin sleeper sofa couch and the bath has a jetted spa tub. The two upstairs bedrooms each have their own attached bath with large showers. The master bedroom and the guest bedroom have queen size beds.

Kid Friendly: Two portable cribs with sheets, booster seat, clamp on table high chair, cabinet locks, toys (small wooden train set, rocking horse, mega block 'leggo', books, videos, etc) and plastic gate to block access to stairs.

There is no better place to decompress after a long work week or for a memorable holiday. Park the car after a short drive from the Bay Area and enjoy Bear Valley at your door step. Walk to the lodge for a latte or food, catch the shuttle to the ski resort and ski back via 'Home Run'. We take our 2 year old sledding just outside the building. It's the perfect hill for the little guy and eliminates the hassle of having to drive somewhere.

Description: We purchased almost all the furniture new from Macy's and stocked the kitchen with excellent equipment and utensils. It's honesty nicer than our house because everything is brand new. We love the place and are confident you will too. Rent and Enjoy!

My family rented this condo to celebrate my son's fourth birthday and introduce him to skiing. This was an ideal place for us. The owner was extremely friendly and responsive from the very first contact. The condo had everything we needed and more for traveling with a four year old and a baby. The furnishings were very nice, as pictured, and the kitchen well stocked with equipment. We hope to return again next winter.

We had an excellent stay in Bear Valley. We are not big skiers/snowboarders so we wanted something close (Bear Valley is one of the closer snow resorts to the Bay Area), small, and convenient. The condo was perfect and definitely fit the bill. We didn't need the car at all during our stay as there is a shuttle bus that takes you up to the snow which is literally just across the road from the condo. There is also a tubing/sledding run close by which is great fun for all. We loved that the owners have an equipment locker up at the ski resort which allowed us to leave our stuff up there after a day of fun in the snow. The condo itself was very well appointed and well equipped, with very specific instructions to make our stay comfortable. The owner even texted us with locker combinations so we have them on our phones for our convenience. Thanks so much for making our stay so easy.

Beautiful, comfortable condo

5 of us stayed here for 2 nights-it was so comfortable with all the top amenities. Next to the Lodge where we purchased some basic needs. The area is lovely-went to Lake Alpine-gorgeous, caught 2 fish; visited/hiked in Calaveras Big Trees-so impressive! Loved the stay here and would like do so again if possible.

Home away from home

While our stay was short, it was a home away from home. The condo is simply decorated but it has warmth and it was very clean. The owner was friendly and gave a lot of care to ensure a smooth check in and check out. He also responded in a timely manner to our emails and took immediate action to provide internet service to all of the guests. Our family will definitely plan for a return in the future.

This was our second annual weekend trip to this property in BV. We were a little worried that the lack of snowfall this year would prevent us from getting out, but there was still plenty to do. Our kids spent several hours sledding over in the cross country ski area. The tubing hills were a little advanced for them, but we will have to try next year. We also enjoyed downhill skiing/snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and watching our kids play in the snow fort that was already built outside the complex. We had a great time, and are looking forward to returning again next year!
