The house is located in a closed gate community so there is a lot of security in the area in case you need it.
The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the pool area seems to be safe since you can fence it up after, especially if you have small children running around.
Our only issue with the house was that we could not find out how to open the garage door but we did not have to.
Disneyworld is about a 15min drive from the house and there are also stores about a 4 min drive away from home.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was beautiful. The house had everything we needed including all you could want in the kitchen and mountains of bath towels. Its located just minutes from the grocery store and a short drive to all of the theme parks, It was very kid friendly with the Will and pool. The furniture was very comfortable after coming home from a long day at the theme park! There was more than enough room for our family of six and we truly enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful vacation and the house was a big part of that. Renting a house is so much better than a hotel room. We had a great experience and hope to come back.

Our stay in this home was wonderful,. My family consiting of 5 adults and 5 kids stayed for a week and it was everything we could have wanted it to. The home was clean and comfortable. Cliff and Donna sent emails to communicate and we got in (late) at 11:00 PM and everything went so smooth. The neighborhood is quiet and the kids loved the pool. It was relaxing and we felt safe the entire time. We were even blessed with perfect weather! Easy access to all parks.Close to a grocery store and gas station!!
Will use them again!

Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Relaxed vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa! It was nice to have a "home base" so centrally located. We easily took day trips to Blue Spring State Park and Tampa/St.Pete (Fort DeSoto State Park has a great beach). There is also a nice Citrus grove (Showcase of Citrus) just about 20 minutes away. The house was clean and cozy, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids (and the hubby) loved the Wii - it got LOTS of use! We also loved having our own pool, which was so nice and warm, even on cooler days (and the abundance of towels came in handy). A *BIG* plus was the whole-house security system, since we have some special needs in the family which required it. It was also very handy to have Publix and CVS so close to the house. Finally, your property manager, Virginia, was very friendly and helpful! We would absolutely recommend this property to friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay for our Florida vacation!

Best Vacation ever!

This lovely home has everything you want or need including the best owners! The pillow top beds are the best and the home decor is very, very nice with all new furniture. Well done Donna. We would recommend this home to anyone. The location is within easy driving distance to everything, including all Disney attractions. The pool is wonderful and large enough for the capacity of guests at the house. This is our second vacation at one of the Hatchette Villas and it won't be our last. Thanks Cliff and Donna!
