After many years of searching for the ‘right one’, we are now the proud owners of a lovely villa in Orange Tree only 15 minutes from Disney’s front door! Our vacation home could hardly be more conveniently located to all the major attractions. With two en suite master bedrooms and two twin rooms, there's plenty of room for everyone. Watch the sun come up and go down from the south facing Lanai and pool which overlook a conservation area.

With no rear neighbors, you can simply enjoy the view and watch the wildlife. If you don’t feel like spending time by or in the pool, there is always our game room with a pool table and basketball game for two to keep you busy. We also have cable TV in 2 bedrooms, with a recording facility in the family room so no one need miss their favorite TV programs.

Why The Owner chose Orange Tree

We had visited the Orlando area many times over the previous 13 years , staying on many developments, But as soon as we stayed on Orange Tree we fell in love. It is close to major roads, shops and attractions, yet it retains a peaceful atmosphere. There are communal recreational areas for the energetic and sidewalks if you prefer to take a leisurely morning or early evening stroll.

Just off Highway 27 and 15 minutes from the I4 and the Western Beltway (429), the quiet community of Orange Tree is ideally situated for visiting theme parks, golfing, walking or as a base from which to visit the central Florida area. It is also within an hours drive of over 64 golf courses and the nearby (10 mins away) Lake Louisa state park is a haven for birdwatchers and walkers alike. The community has 2 childrens play parks, a tennis court, a basketball court and a soccer pitch. Having been constructed on the site of an old orange grove, when the season is right, you can even pick your own oranges for juice with your breakfast.

"Everything Just Right"

Our family enjoyed a three night stay at this vacation home. We don't have children but do have a 90 year old mother. This home was perfect for an elderly person as it was all one level with easy entrance and the layout was perfect for mom. We don't go to the amusement parks so staying out of the "hustle bustle" of those that do was perfect. We arrived at 4pm our first night and got Chinese to go from the Chinese take out in the Publix shopping center just a few blocks down from the subdivision entrance. We also got our groceries at that Publix and everything was so handy. The subdivison was quiet and we enjoyed soaking in the spa and taking a dip in the heated pool. The kitchen was well stocked but not alot of clutter ~ everything just right. We enjoyed the welcome gift basket with tea bags and a few condiments. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets for the cold nights. We did some laundry and enjoyed the beautiful new washer and dryer. The only suggestion would be to put some sort of a padded occassional chair in the living room for an elderly person who cannot get up and down from the cushy low couch and love seat and perhaps a small TV in each of the twin bedrooms. The owner was great on booking and response time and our deposit was refunded in full. We will stay here again. Thank you for the nice home!

Thank you Jane for sharing your beautiful home with us. We really enjoyed our stay. Jane was very helpful and answered all our questions. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing and had sunshine all day along with very comfortable pool furniture. Disney is an easy 20 minutes away. Restaurants are also very close. I would highly recommend this property! The only thing I would recommend would be to add some tropical plants around the pool for some privacy. Visiting from WI, I missed the palm trees and the tropical feeling.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Well equipped and spotlessly clean

My family and I have been going to Florida almost every year since 1981. We have tried all sorts of accomodation and decided many years ago that a villa fulfills all our needs and is better than a hotel room. Thus we have rented many villas and can speak from some experience that this property is up there withe the best of them. The villa has been refurbished and the standard is high - fixtures and fittings are new and the layout of the property is good, with a large shaded lanai for those who want to sit out of the sun but still be outside. The pool and surrounding area is exceptional with plenty of room and sufficient pool furniture.
The location is a little off the beaten track but as almost all who visit Florida have a car there is very little drawback in that.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone thinking of visiting the sunshine state.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The villa did not disappoint – spotlessly clean well equipped and a nice quiet location – all be it a little off the beaten track but that is not necessarily a bad thing. The huge lanai I think is a big plus to get out of the sun but still be outside – as I think I mentioned we have been doing this for nearly thirty years and your villa is as good as anything we have stayed in. I am sure it will get even better as time progresses.
