Why Deb Lynch chose Kittery
This cottage has been passed down through the generations. My grandfather purchased this property in 1964 from The Hutchins Farm. The original house and barn are situated on the hill and are now only a residence. My grandfather loved the park-like setting and the tidal waters of Huchins Cove situated on Spruce Creek.
I had the pleasure of growing up in the house next door. I am looking forward sharing the experience of this beautiful setting with guests.
Guestbook comments from the owner
We all enjoyed staying at this house very much. The location was lovely and the house was perfectly equipped for a fun Memorial Day Weekend. For many of us it was our first trip to New Hampshire and Maine. We all had a great time and plan to come back.
Thank you for your hospitality!
