The perfect vacation spot awaits you with this stunning 10 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home. It's packed with year-round entertainment: a game room with tons of options, a billiard room, and tvs throughout. The outdoor amenities are luxurious, like the heated salt-water pool, plenty of dining tables and heaters, grills and a smoker, and hammocks perfect for stargazing. Very private, yet close to everything the area has to offer, like shopping, restaurants, and only 1 hour from NYC.

This home was built for entertaining. It’s luxuriously spacious, with many separate areas to spend time with family and friends. The game room with ping-pong and skeeball, board games, and a poker table will provide hours of entertainment. The classy billiard room has a 75” tv, perfect for watching the game. You’ll also have 2 additional living rooms, each with comfy couches and large tvs.

The 10 bedrooms all have high-end furniture, soft linens, and comfy beds and pillows, with many different bed sizes for lots of sleeping options. There are enough beds to accommodate 20 guests.

The 4.5 bathrooms are beautiful, some tiled and some with marble. One has a large jacuzzi tub. All are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you’ll need to prep a meal for 20 guests. You’ll feel right at home here, with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops and floors.

The eat-in kitchen leads out to the huge wrap-around deck where you’ll find a dining table with seating for 20, a large grill, multiple heaters, and 3 hammocks, along with a great view of the stunning pool area and the forest surrounding the property.

The lower-level game room leads out to the pool area. Here you’ll find ample lounge-spots with comfy outdoor seating, a fireplace, dining table, and grill. The heated salt-water pool is open from approximately March 15 through October 1. The yard surrounding the pool area is huge, and here you’ll find a quiet sitting area under the gazebo, a trampoline, and a great spot for yard games.

The 3-acre property will be all yours. It’s at the end of a private road right next to Harriman State Park, so you’ll have plenty of peace and quiet.

We’re located on a quiet neighborhood road just on the edge of Stony Point and Harriman State Park with plenty of trails. Local beaches, lakes, ice skating, and the zoo at Bear Mountain are all within a 15 minute drive. It really is only an hour from downtown NYC too, which makes it an easy escape.

Also close to attractions such as the Pure Terror Scream Park (not for the faint hearted) - 20 mins away, or, for those less scream-inclined, Legoland, Woodbury Commons, Mount Peter Ski Mountain, and Storm King Art Center are all within 30 minutes drive. There’s plenty of hiking in the area to explore, which we highly recommend: Schunnemunk Mountain State Park, Moodna Viaduct, and the Appalachian trail can be accessed from multiple points. Local farms are also a favorite attraction around here, in towns like Goshen and Warwick, about 30-40 minutes away. Just let us know what you're interested in, and we'll be happy to help!

This house is set up for extended family groups and it is not suitable for rowdy parties. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home will result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage.
