2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6 (maximum)

Affordable condo with 2 bedrooms/2 baths and a community pool for your family in the heart of the Rehoboth Beach tax free outlets and only minutes from the beach (bus stop is right outside the building - on Highway One - 2 lights from Rehoboth Ave).

This charming condo with new floors and carpets, it's perfect for couples and families. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, washer/dryer in unit, eating area and living room with DVD/Cable TV. Main bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds, queen pullout sleeper in living room.

Full screened in patio with view of pool and fountain. Free on-site parking, pool pass.

DEPOSIT: Only $250.00 refundable security deposit required within 7 days of request hold reservation (will be returned within 10 days of check out, assuming there are no damages), as well as 50% of rental within 21 days of request. Final 50% of rental (money order or cashiers check only) due within 15 days of rental date.

CHECKING IN:: Check in time is 3:00 pm, Check out time is 10:30 am - Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals on summer season (June to August) - Willing to rent for weekends, 3 nights minimum - dependent on availability at the last minute.

KEYS: Will be in lock box at condo

CANCELLATION POLICY: Must cancel within 30 days of check in date - will refund deposit within 10 days.

WHAT TO BRING: Will need linens and towels.

Perfect Stopover

On our way down from Canada to Orlando, we chose this quaint home for a 2-day stopover and it was a great decision.

The 5 of us felt very comfortable and at home. Ditto on everything mentioned by other reviewers--spacious, clean, well-equipped (even better than the big house we rented down south), and so conveniently located! We were supposed to be resting before continuing on our long drive down south but the deals were so amazing at the outlets that our feet were thankful for that drive.

The only down side was that our stay was too short. We would love to be back and maybe visit in warmer weather to try the pool and beach. We would definitely recommend Penny and Chris's place.

Thank you Penny for being so accommodating, especially with our deposit and payment :) Hope to visit again!

First, the Palms is perfectly located right on Coastal Highway across from the outlet center and right in the heart of all of the restaurants and retail centers but with just the right amount of privacy. The condominium is beautifully furnished and the kitchen included all of the amenities one could need for weekend away! The owner was a pleasure to work with and made the rental experience seamless.

Simply Beautiful

My family and I went on a long over due vacation we stayed at the Palms in Rehobeth Beach. It was very nice the Condo was spotless!! Very well kept centrally located to grocery stores K-mart shops Walmart was down the highway Not far from the Beach either Penny and her husband were very good people and really take pride in their Condo. I would go back in a heartbeat and I would recomend it to anyone......

Condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of kitchen items for eating in and close to the beaches, and the owners are very nice! Would definitely stay here again!
