Lovely apartment with great views.

If you plan on visiting St. Martin and Grand Case in particular then this is the place to stay.

The apartment is well equipped and was exceptionally clean. There is a secure parking area below which we found almost essential since parking in Grand Case can be a problem.

There is a bakery and a small convenience store within two minutes walk and a large supermarket is about 10 minutes away by car.

Of course great restaurants abound in Grand Case so finding a place to eat is never a problem.

Thank you Sebastien for a great holiday. We will be back again.

Perfect location!

This luxury condo is perfectly placed in the heart of Grand Case! Our family of four (2 adults, 2 young teens) loved walking to all the best restaurants on the island for dinner each night, and the Tuesday night Grand Case Parade was conveniently viewed from the street-side veranda. We all loved awakening to the beautiful beachside views each morning, and we collected sea glass and shells on the beach beneath the condo through the basement access. As we rented a car, the secure parking spot in the garage was nice to have. We would have liked wash cloths and never found the plates, but everything else was top-notch in the condo. We loved the sleek, modern decor and although we rarely watched television, appreciated getting US channels for news (and NCAA basketball tournament) as well as WiFi for uploading photos to our cloud stream. Grand Case is a short drive from Anse Marcel, Cul de Sac, Orient Bay and the ferry for Pinel Island. Overall, it was a perfect sunny break from the extreme winter we have experienced back in the states this year. The condo was a wonderful home base for exploring St. Martin - Thanks so much, Sebastien!

Perfect Condo, Perfect Location

This condo was absolutely perfect…and I mean perfect! The interior is modern and has everything you need. There are two balconies, one gets the morning sun and overlooks the main street going through Grand Case, while the other balcony gets the afternoon sun and overlooks the ocean. We used both balconies nearly every day; morning coffee and an early evening drink, etc. The location of this condo is ideal. We walked to dinner every evening. (This saves about an hour of driving around and parking, nearly every day.) We'd come home from the beach (or wherever we were that day), have a refreshment on the balcony, shower up, and walk to dinner. There was no stress to get to our reservations on time. There is a small market just across the street where you can purchase all kinds of necessities: water, suntan lotion, food and snacks, tissue paper, etc. There are all kinds of other shops and restaurants just outside the front door as well…and a bakery about 1&1/2 blocks away. Also, there is a private entrance to the beach from the building. You can walk downstairs, head out the back door, and go for a nice walk on the beach. The water is very nice for swimming (not choppy), and the beach is the perfect length for a daily walk or run. You have a parking space, which is ideal because parking spaces are scarce and generally about 8 blocks away. It's a quick trip to get to some of the other popular beaches (Orient, Galleon, etc.), convenient enough that sometimes we'd just come home for lunch and sit on the balcony, and then head back to the beach. I'd recommend renting a vehicle, and the owner recommended a guy (business) to rent from, and that worked out perfectly (excellent customer service). Overall, I have to say that this was the most relaxing winter vacation I've ever been on, simply because the condo was perfect and the location made everything so easy. A few things to note: The caretaker only speaks French. I speak a few languages, but not French. This made things a little difficult. We managed through a series of hand signals, but overall it made it a bit difficult for us. Make sure you close the security door on the sliding glass door if you leave. The neighbors were robbed (thieves watch you). Renting a condo, there is no water when you arrive, and you need to purchase toilet paper, etc. There is a cell phone you can use (you buy cards with time on them), but it's all in French. But, overall, I'd HIGHLY recommend this condo.

Location, location, location, clean, neat,easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Thank you so much for your part. Your home is perfectly located town center Grand Case. Clean, neat, and fully equipped. You obviously take pride in your home, and well should.

Landed, Hertz car secured, a twenty five minute drive from Philipsburg, we were greeted on time by your property manager Phillip. I have traveled the islands extensively, most often staying in resort settings. Maybe a stage of life, but this was delightful. Anse Marsel, Dawn, Philipsburg, Cupecoy, Longue, Prunes, Rouge, Marigot by day. Back to The Grand Case Beach Club for sunset. Minutes walk at night to fabulous dining. Spiga, Tastevin, Le Pressoir, Auberge Gourmand, Bistro Caraibes, all fabulous. We look forward to returning to St. Martin, and will certainly look forward to staying at Catalina. Thank you for all.

Amazing week in Grand Case in a wonderful condo!!!

A big 10/10 for this memorable stay in Grand Case. Breathtaking view on the Caribbean sea at all hours of the day (obviously including the sunset). Spacious rooms, comfortable living room and kitchen very convenient. We were in paradise on this island ... heavenly. Air Conditioning practice for the night, parking is an added advantage. I recommend this place to anyone desire to stay on St. Martin. In addition, VIP balcony for Carnival Grand Case and excellent restaurants just next door. Definitely, I go back in the near future. Special thank you to the host very welcoming. Congratulations!

sea view modern style flat ,all in new

Ideally located on the "spot to be" in french St Martin side, in a very good fit property this flat looks like "NIP TUCK" tv show style ! Modern classy and full new furniture make this apt a top surprise when opening the door having a very nice sea view. Living room has a large sofa and you can both sit at a large dinner table or having drinks at the bar both in front of the balcony just above the blue sea and its quiet and smooth melody !

AC available in each place allows to close windows when strong heat knock on windows. Rooms look like hotels one with big comfortable beds ,big storage facility and private bathroom and toilets, no need to share or to wait its turn.

Car parking on the base floor and at the opposite a private straight access to the beach locked by a clean large door. Located on main street plenty of top quality restaurants can be reach by foot and even small groceries bakeries are 30 sec walking around.

Owner serious , everything clear , perfect knowledge of suroundings and good recommendations for places to go , places to see

Definitely enjoy numerous and lovely beaches and neighbors islands are a must see. Water sports , sailing , boating easy to practice
