Festivus is a beautiful well maintained home to come to for a relaxing stay at the beach. As one guest wrote in the guest book that “where as soon as you walk in the door it feels like home”.
The main floor is an open floor plan with a living room that has a HD TV/DVD player with dish network including HBO and Starz. Two comfortable couches sit across from each other where you can enjoy the gas fireplace. Next to this are shelves of games, puzzles, and books for all ages. Dining room table seats 6 and a card table and chairs are tucked beneath the stairs for extra seating. Pantry and laundry room are down the hall with a place to hang coats. Beach towels for your use are here with close access just a short walk. A queen bed with dresser and mirror and attached full bathroom are on the main floor.
The second level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. One of these rooms has a daybed and HD TV/DVD player in it. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.
The backyard is fenced with a 7 person hot tub and BBQ grill on the deck. There is a picnic table here for nice private outdoor dining. The large covered front porch has a glider, two chairs and table on it.
The main floor garage has been turned into a game room with a ping pong table and Nintendo. Three adult and two children’s bicycles are there for your use.
This home will accept one dog 5 years and older.
