Superbly positioned overlooking Seaberry Lake in Seagrove Estate, with the beautiful lake and parklands literally at your doorstep, it is only a short walk to the beach shops and restaurants in Cowes, and a short drive to the Phillip Island GP circuit.
This beautiful 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathroom / Powder room/ 2 Living townhouse has everything you need, with a lovely sunny open plan dining and kitchen area located on the lower level with sliding and bi-fold doors opening onto an outdoor alfresco area with extensive decking, a gas BBQ and beautiful outdoor furniture. The kitchen is spacious and modern with stone bench tops and is well equipped with microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is reverse cycle air conditioning on both levels.
The main living area will have comfortable lounges, a 42” flat screen TV and DVD player, and there is a magnificent gas log fire for those cold winter nights. There is also a powder room and laundry on the lower level.
The three bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom has a queen bed and sliding doors opening onto a lovely balcony that has stunning views of the lake, a walk-in robe and en-suite . A queen bed in the second bedroom and a bunk and single bed in the third bedroom. The family bathroom is also located upstairs.
A porta cot and high chair is also available upon request, at no extra cost!. You will need to bring your own linen and bedding for the porta cot. Garage is equipped with table tennis board.
Doonas, pillows, tea towels and blankets are supplied- LINEN, PILLOW COVERS AND TOWELS ARE NOT.
LINEN AND TOWELS CAN BE SUPPLIED AT A COST OF $35 PER ROOM PER STAY.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy as the house is located in a residential area, and noise after 10pm and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
