You can stop your search now because this is the one for you. We live locally (within a 45 minute drive) and stay regularly at cabins throughout Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Heaven's Window will now be the one we always shoot for. If you have stayed in enough of the cabins in the Smokies, you know that often jacuzzis will not fill all the way with hot water, hot tubs will not work properly, etc.. That is not the case here; everything worked perfectly. The amenities and the decorations were top notch. The cabin was beautifully decorated for X-Mas. The resort where the cabin is located is perfectly located to Pigeon Forge; you can be at the main Pigeon Forge strip in about 5 minutes. The two decks offer an amazing view and is perfect for breakfast. THE NUMBER ONE THING, however, that makes Heaven's Window stand above the others is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Denise was incredible to work with on a last second notice and goes OVER THE TOP to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. If you can't tell, we cannot recommend highly enough.
