The primary bedroom is also situated on this floor and boasts a king-sized bed, desk space, and an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, the master bedroom offers a private balcony, which is the perfect spot to savor a cup of coffee while taking in the salty air. The villa is equipped with high-speed internet connectivity, ensuring that you stay connected throughout your stay. Additionally, each bedroom has Roku televisions, complete with subscriptions to popular streaming services like Hulu, Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+.

The villa also comes with a private, one-vehicle garage which may not be suitable for large SUVs, but there is additional parking available for one vehicle in front of the garage. If you have an electric vehicle, you can take advantage of the Juicebox EV charger, which is J1772 and Tesla compatible. You will need to download the required app and pay as you charge. The garage also features a separate playroom equipped with a Roku television, bluetooth speaker, full-sized table tennis, dartboard, and other pub and kids’ games.

If you're an outdoor enthusiast, you will be pleased to know that the villa comes with two paddleboards and four bicycles (two for adults and two for children). You can also cool off in the community pool or bring your boat and take advantage of the wet slips located right out front.
