4 Bedrooms 3 full bathrooms 2 kitchens sleeps 8 aduts comfortably

This is the place to be if you are looking for a home away from home. It is fully equipped with everything you need. It overlooks the lake and access to swimming, hiking, fishing, eating, entertainment ,boating etc is just a hop skip away. This home is built new in 2004. Additional sleeping can be arranged by using air mattresses due to plenty of floor space. The area also includes a buffalo and longhorn steer ranch about a block from my home which is a very unique setup. There is also a convenience store with gas, restuarant, and lounge within walking distance of the property. Weekends their is live entertainment most of the time. A few miles away is a nine hole golf course. DJ's Rentals across the lake Yankton, SD does rent out boats and pontoons. There is a bochure on the refrig for them. Also on the Yankton, SD side is go carts, mini golf, bumper boats, and an aquarium. There are lots of great restuarants in the area as well. Contact owner for rates.

Our family had a great time. There were 7 of us and this house was big enough! We enjoyed the sunsets each evening, had hot ldogs and s'mores over the fire pit one night and were able to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen. Yankton is just a quick trip and we had fun at the rib fest and having a beer at Ben's Brewery.
