The Space:

The living area features a large living room with two sleep-sofas, work space, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and television. The third bedroom features a set of bunk-beds, single bed and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the home. The home has been extensively renovated and is in good condition with a cool coastal vibe. Bring your boat or favorite watersports gear as this vacation rental includes access to the home's lateral dock space. There is a large, furnished deck off of the living level that leads out to the waterfront. Additionally, there is a large rooftop deck that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. The home is located in a quiet bayside location, but just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Interaction with Guests:
Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
