About Leslie Kynock
Generations of my family hunted, climbed mountains, kayaked rivers and camped. The balance of nature feels right and there's nothing like the sweet, fresh, clean air of the forests. Bought the chalet and my gravestone because I never want to leave here.--Leslie

Why Leslie Kynock chose Rangeley Lake
The chalet looks and feels right in the mountains. It surrounds me like one big hug! It has deeded water rights on over 300' of Rangeley Lake which is beautifully maintained. I always have had a slip for my boat as well in this private area which we can share with our guests!
What makes this chalet unique
The chalet is at the edge of the wilderness. Many local critters do not know to fear other animals so if a pet is allowed, always keep it on a leash. I once brought my cat. She was outside nose to nose with a chipmunk when I grabbed her in time to save the local furry. Another time, I went walking on a very foggy gray morning only to walk into the side of a moose. We were both startled and gasped, then sauntered off in opposite directions. Bring your cameras. There is no hunting on the property! Enjoy other animals!
