This beautifully designed house with panoramic ocean views from almost every room provides a relaxed, luxurious family holiday. Relax on generous deck or swim in your private pool & enjoy pampered luxury you will simply never want to leave.STUNNINGLY LOCATED - just a few minutes walk to Wamberal Beach & a 2 minute drive to Terrigal Beach & The Esplanades Restuarants, Cafes & Boutique Shopping.

Overlooking beautiful Wamberal & Terrigal Beaches this house is over 3 levels. Upstairs is the master bedroom (king size bed), with en suite, large walk in wardrobe and separate toilet. This level also has a balcony, ideal for reading or just nodding off to the sound of the surf.

The ground level has a modern, bright open plan, with well defined dining, gourmet kitchen (with Nespresso machine-coffee supplied) and large living areas. There is 2 x Queen bedrooms on this level, as well as a bathroom & Toilet. Huge sliding doors open to a balcony for entertaining & admiring the Ocean.

Downstairs there is the 4th Bedroom - 1 x Queen Bed & which is like a studio as it has a small kitchentte & another bathroom which is also accessible from the Large Rumpus/Entertainment Room which has 1 x Queen Sofa Bed & 1 x Double Sofa Bed.

Leading our to the inground pool, outdoor entertaining & barbeque area. There is also a fully equipped Laundry.
