Two story townhome, located two blocks from the beach, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bamboo and porcelain floors, relaxed and ambient tropical atmosphere, take your towel and walk to the beach, bus stops right outside the front door, or take your car for a short drive to South Beach in the South or Bal Harbor Shops and Aventura Mall to the North. There are two bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom on the first floor, private back yard with huge entertainment table, charcoal grill, in front there is a porch and parking for two cars.

Our stay was wonderfull. We have had a great time and we had no complaints about nothing. The house is big and comfortable. It has three bedrooms, a great living room with all the comforts, and the neighbourhood is very calm. It is near to the beach, which is beautiful. The water is really nice and there is a park near the beach where you can have a picnic and have a good time in the morning or later. The owners of the house are very friendly and helpful, and they answer all the questions you have. For all those things we speccially recommend the house.
