Capable of sleeping up to 10, the villa boasts a stunning pool and spa with woodland views - making it an ideal haven of tranquility when the pace of Orlando life has become a little too much.
The house itself is simply stunning. Situated on the exclusive Calabria estate, its Mediterranean flavour - complete with Italian-style pillars - makes for a distinctly better-class of Florida holiday experience, and will leave you with memories you'll never forget.
A family room which leads directly to the pool area features a 50' plasma screen and lots of comfortable seating for the whole family to enjoy.
A reading room, which includes a queen size fold out bed provides a relaxing area for those quiet moments.
There is an extremely generous master suite with large ensuite bathroom/ walk in wardrobe/ tv/ private access to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed/ large wardrobe/ tv and is connected to Bedroom 3 via a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with tv/ large wardrobe. Bedroom 4 has easy access to the third bathroom; it is a twin room again with a tv and large wardrobe.
The kitchen, is large and well equipped. Dishwasher, Fridge/ freezer, microwave, waste disposal unit, ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, double width oven. Large array of cupboards, worktop areas including island unit.
Utility area houses large washing machine and separate tumble dryer as well as iron/ ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc.
