The staff are magnificent and our property managers are located on the same building. All of this makes this a great place for people to want to come to and to return back to. Disney, Universal ( now with Harry Potter), Sea World and Busch gardens have something to offer to everyone. Beaches are an hour away too, either the Atlantic or the Gulf of Mexico. Finally, the sparkling east facing private pool (there are no rear neighbors) was the final determinant.
