This is a romantic little Cassita with a breathtaking view of the valley. The estate is situated between two villages, which can best be described as 'pure Majorca.' The beach is about 15 minutes away. However, the pleasures of lounging by the spacious pool area can not be overrated, making a trip to the beach a highlight. One may do it, but it's not necessary. The village features nice, rustic, and exclusive restaurants, as well as an illustrious village square where one can enjoy the lovely warm evenings. Palma is about 25 minutes away by car. Experience this one-of-a-kind city with all of its charms: sensational nightlife, great restaurants, and fantastic shopping. After intoxicating your senses, return to quiet, idyllic, rural seclusion and unwind. This 80,000 m2, typical Majorcan property has an ample indigenous tree population and historic stone walls.

Highlights: The nearby village features typical Majorcan restaurants and bars, as well as a lovely village square. For those who like to dance, there are two village discos, which are frequented by the local youths. A number of bakers supply fresh baguettes and delicious Einsaimadas (Majorcan pastries). The prices are decent and the quality is very good. The village also has a large bodega with first class wines.

Information: The Cassita is a spacious little house with a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The living area has a separate sleeping niche with a double bed. The living room has a cosy niche which is large enough to sleep in. A cloth divider separates the sleeping area. We also have large television with satellite, and all of the important channels. Especially important during the soccer World Cup. The kitchen has all important appliances, such as a toaster, coffee machine, etc. A grill and the romantic patio and garden are perfect for lounging under a starlit sky. You'll have a sensational view of the valley and the pool area from the living room. One can really enjoy the beautiful evenings on the wicker sofa by the grill area on the patio. A gas heater is available should it be needed. Almond blossoms are special feature of the island's interior during February and March. The Cassita is especially inexpensive during this time of year.

The Casa Yunus (Delphin) estate is idyllically located, not far from Manacor. Manacor (about 12-15 minutes away) is Majorca's second largest city. It has good shopping and an historic city centre. With its inland location, it is the ideal starting point for all sorts of trips and outings. The nearby golf courses offer an interesting diversion. Llucmajor, Son Antem or e.g. Val Dor in Porto Colom. The nearby cloister has a beautiful high hiking path which will reward you with a view of half the island. Large stone tables and chairs make it ideal for picnics. Thus invigorated, one can return down to the village. The trip takes a comfortable hour each way. The famous Sineu market (Wednesdays) is also nearby. It is still a traditional livestock market, which also features an endless array of local specialties and handwork. There is a large Monday market in Manacor, and a smaller one in Petra.
