Excellent Rental

This was a lovely house, with lots of space and all of the amenities you could want. I rented it for a group of researchers who came to Montreal for a week of work and it was the perfect 'retreat' at the end of a long day: much better than a cold impersonal hotel room. You are really living in someone's home, with all of their belongings. The house is large; the backyard is small but lovely. It is a quiet, peaceful place. The internet works very well. There is a large living room with a tv, more than one floor and extra bathrooms. So, for a group stay in Montreal it is perfection.
The house is situated close to downtown, but not in downtown. NDG is a wonderful Montreal residential neighbourhood, so my guests felt like they were a part of the city, not just visiting. There are grocery stores and restaurants near-by. The metro is close. Finally, the owner of this establishment is very very kind.
