My two brothers and I stayed in this apartment for 8 nights. It worked well for us. The location is perfect – literally central to some of the best squares, restaurants, bars, theaters and sights in London. We walked out the apartment door and within 3 minutes we were in Covent Garden square. Hawksmoor Seven Dials is across the street! We could get most anywhere in the city, the main London attractions, within 20 minutes by walking and/or using the underground. Having a supermarket 2 blocks away was an added plus. The apartment itself is clean, generally in good repair, and quite comfortable. The foyer floor is a bit squeaky, but that is part and parcel to staying in an historical downtown London building. The furniture and appliances are of good quality. The bedding is very comfortable; and the bedrooms are isolated off the foyer and quiet, each with its own large window and floor fan. The flat was truthfully depicted in the description & pictures. Martin, the owner, was readily available to make sure our stay went well and we had everything we needed. He made the rental process stress-free and worked hard to make us happy. We had a couple minor repair issues and Martin was addressing the issues within 90 minutes. He was dependable and genuinely pleasant. We are going to visit London again and we will definitely plan our visit at a time when we can lease this apartment. The apartment, location and Martin’s relaxed competence make this an exceptional value.
We stayed in this apartment for three nights with our two teenage sons. It was perfectly located, very quiet and safe yet extremely convenient. You walk out of the door and you are in the centre of Covent Garden with all its shops, cafes and restaurants, the theatre district is just five mins walk away and you are just a minute from the Picadilly tube stop, which takes you anywhere you want to go in London. The apartment is comfortable and well fitted out, and Martin, the owner, was there to meet us and explained everything beautifully. There's everything you need if you want to cook or do your washing, the beds are comfortable and everything worked. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and central stay in London. Thank you Martin, our family really enjoyed it.
My husband, 4 children (all under 8 yrs) and I stayed at this apartment for 10 days and were extremely happy. (We wished we could have stayed longer!) The apartment is lovely- modern, clean, very well equipped and bigger than I was expecting. The location is superb! A wonderful part of Covent Garden- just a little away from the bustle of the Piazza but surrounded by lovely little shops, pubs, cafes & restaurants and very convenient for the Tube. With younger children it was great to have M&S so close for grocery shopping but there are also loads of choices for take-away or eating out. Our children also really loved going to see the street performers and after a day out we would often drop down to watch them before coming back to the apartment. Martin was easy to deal with and helpful. I have already recommended it to a friend and would definitely use again. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to explore London and it's suitable for young and older children.
My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) just returned and we could not be more pleased with this experience. We are from the US so I was somewhat uneasy about the business of renting overseas but this was as easy as renting in the US. I have never had a landlord meet us at the property to give a tour and show the operation of all appliances but Martin did just that. The location is perfect for the typical London sightseeing schedule and there is an M & S supermarket around the corner for breakfast items. I would be happy for Martin to give my e-mail address for more personal recommendation.
Our family stayed in this nice flat back in July (sorry for the late review!) and were very pleased. First, we weren't totally sure what part of London to stay-in, but WOW did we find the right area in Covent Garden! This area is full of pubs, restaurants of all types, interesting shops, and of course most of London's theatres (we saw Shrek and then hit a pub afterwards). We walked all over Covent Garden and it was great . . day and night. The Covent Garden Market is 5 minutes walk away and it is fabulous. We even walked to Buckingham Palace, which was about 30 minutes or so. We have a 6 person family and this flat was fine for us. Martin really loves this place and he was very thorough in orienting us on arrival -- even though we got in quite late -- (Martin, after our 15 hour trip, all of that detailed information was hard to take in . . maybe come-up with a cliff-notes version!). We'd definitely recommend to families who want to be in the heart of all the fun in London!
Our family of 7 (parents, three daughters, a son-in-law and 6 month old grandchild) stayed here in early September 2012 for one week. The apartment was just what we needed, comfortably accommodating all of us. The owner (Martin) was very helpful making sure that we had what we needed, including a crib and high chair. The location was perfect, basically in the heart of the theatre district and everything basically walkable within 30 minutes. We would definitely recommend this location without any hesitation.

We are flexible with check-ins and check-out it there are no guests prior to other guests arrival/departure. Always ask please and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We add a fee of £60 for rentals less than 7 days.
When a booking is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date, a £300 of rental is required as a deposit (after fees and exchange rate deductions) to confirm the reservation.
The full rent has to be paid no latter then 45 days prior to the arrival date, the full is required for confirmation. If full payment has not been received by this time, the booking may be cancelled.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
