Updated 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo with contemporary furniture. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and there’s a queen sofa bed in the living room. Condo is comfortable for 4-5 people.

New bedroom furniture was added in January 2022.

Tile flooring throughout the condo, no carpet.

Enjoy some time outdoors...Building offers a heated pool, BBQ grills, outdoor tables, and a covered gazebo with views of the beach and pool. Condo offers an oversized balcony with nice sunrise views and partial beach view.

We want you to have a great beach experience. Our condo offers beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella & kid’s beach toys. There is a Styrofoam cooler for your use on hot, sunny days.

There is a TV in each room & Wifi is included (273 Mbps).

There’s a ceiling fan in the living room, dining room, and in each bedroom.

Kid-friendly:
Condo has a small stroller, Pack and Play, and beach toys for the little ones.

There’s a full-size Samsung washer & dryer in the condo.

The building offers: 2 elevators and 4 carts for carrying luggage or groceries.

Parking: condo has one reserved parking space. Although, you may not need a car since our condo is in a great location with lots of retail stores, ice cream shops and restaurants across the street!

The beach trolley stops across the street. Publix Supermarket is 2.4 miles away.
