Should it rain, and sometimes it does, the one-bay garage with automatic door opener will keep you dry.
GROUND FLOOR: Sitting room for relaxing, the television (with a futon), a bedroom with two twins, TV, and large closet, and a full bathroom with tiled stall shower.
MAIN FLOOR: Open space with the living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. French doors lead to the back deck and provide expansive view of the woods and park. Stairs to the lowest level have cable railings. Sitting area with desktop computer. The East Wing has the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, French patio doors, and a private full bathroom with a soaking tub, large walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. Laundry room and a half bathroom

Dennis' family has lived in Otter Creek for generations. He grew up here, and knows the history of the area, the trails and special spots. Karen has spent most of her life in Maine, and while her roots are not here, her spirit is. Dennis and Karen are delighted to share their home and their village with you.

There are large windows and doors, so everywhere in the house the outdoors is present.

The house has 3000sf of open living space, massive glass doors that look out at the forested foot of Cadillac Mountain, and is contemporary inside and out.
