Bernal Heights Apartment Rental Photos and Description
Great location on a hilltop that overlooks San Francisco. One of the best microclimates in the city. It is frequently warm and sunny while the rest of the city can be cold and foggy.
According to real estate website Redfin, Bernal Heights North Slope in San Francisco is the hottest neighborhood of 2014 in America.
Very quiet location, no through traffic at our location. A house originally built in 1949 (relatively young in San Francisco :-), this two-bedroom unit includes a full bath, spacious kitchen, refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, hot water dispenser, microwave, iron/ironing board, and washer/dryer in garage downstairs.
Please take off your shoes to enjoy the freshly-done hardwood floor. Two bedrooms are apart for privacy. Comfortable queen size bed with memory foam mattress, and ample closet space in each bedroom. Living room sofa can be adjusted to three positions or turn into one more double size bed (with a memory mattress topper). HD flat screen TV and wireless Internet. Backstairs access to the yard with full view of the city.
The house owner is living in a separate unit in the same building. Feel free to ask questions on how to explore the beautiful San Francisco bay area, and request items that might provide you more convenience during your stay.
Please observe the quiet hours (10pm-8am) for our neighborhood. Please help us keep the noise level down in the apartment and outside on the street.
Street parking is REALLY easy on our streets, unlike the tight parking situation in the rest of the city.
Walk downhill to Precita Park surrounded by cafe, restaurant, deli, corner grocery store. Just one street turn to Bernal Heights Park walking trails with spectacular panoramic views of the city. The hilltop is perfectly serene and romantic spot to watch sunrise, sunset, star gazing and fireworks.

Also walking distance to Alemany market with Farmers market on Saturdays and Flea market on Sundays.
