Colonial House, linear, walled, spacious, light and airy, surrounded by manicured gardens blooming. Wide barbecue area next to the kitchen. Two super balconies with hammocks, a front and another in back of the house. Living and dining room furnished with a TV and ceiling fan. 3 bedrooms, one being a suite, furnished with ceiling fan. Large bathroom and garage for 4 cars. Water. Total safety and comfort, close to everything.

House located 200m from the beautiful beach of the rocket near the military headquarters seaside club. Surrounded by lakes and dunes, in a quiet and residential area, equidistant between Cape Frio and Arraial Cape, about a 5 minute drive or bus ride from the center of both. Coupled with the natural beauty spot, total security and peace, has also the ease of transport to any tourist spots, not only of Cabo Frio and Arraial, but also from other parts of the lake region. Rest and fun guaranteed.
