This 4 bedroom, 3 bath newly remodeled home with central A/ C, high speed wireless internet and cable TV is located in desirable West Chop in the private wooded acreage of Mink Meadows providing a gated private beach with parking and golf course. This home has an open floor plan creating great space for gathering with a new remodeled kitchen and is sunny with cathedral ceilings, large windows and skylights. The first floor has a living room with a fireplace and bookshelf, dinning room and master bedroom with sliding doors leading onto a wrap-around deck with wicker furnishings, outdoor gas grill, outdoor hot shower and a large sized yard landscaped with hydrangeas and new plantings. The bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses. There are two newly remodeled bathrooms with super sized tiled showers and one bath with double sinks and tub. There are four flat screen TV's in the home.

Bedrooms with all queen beds and one twin: 1. Master bedroom on main floor has an attached bathroom with double sinks and tub shower. It has a sliding glass door to a wrap around deck. It has a flat screen TV.

2. Second bedroom on main floor has a bathroom next to it with super sized tiled shower. It has a sliding door to patio with enclosed out door heated shower. It has a flat screen TV.

3. Third bedroom has queen bed and a twin bed on the lower level with day light windows and walk out basement. There is a remodeled bathroom with super sized tiled shower next to it.

4. Fourth bedroom has two queen beds on the lower level with walk out french door to the outside.

This house is located in Mink Meadows and has golfing and a gated private beach with parking. The island of Martha's Vineyard has something for everyone's interests and provides great outdoor sports and activities that won't soon be forgotten. Altogether there are six towns each with it's own character. Everything is an easy drive away- beaches, fantastic dining, coffee shops, grocery stores, an old-fashioned theater, band concerts in the park, a unique blend of boutiques and rural agricultural. The ocean surrounding us makes for great world class fishing as well as swimming, biking, sailing, beach combing and is ideal for kayaking.

We had a great family vacation at Mardi's house in Vineyard Haven. We vacationed with my sister and her family at the house and there was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and relax. The house was very clean, updated, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our time on the Vineyard. The private setting in Mink Meadows with access to the beautiful beach was perfect for the kids to spend hours playing while parents were able to relax. My husband enjoyed the Mink Meadows golf course which was very close and beautiful. The location gave us easy access to all that the Vineyard had to offer. We loved our stay so much that we plan on coming back. Mardi is a pleasure to deal with and wonderful host. Don't forget to make a ferry reservation early.

A Great Family Vacation

This was the fourth Summer that we rented Mardi's home. We enjoy coming back for so many reasons. The home is centrally located on the island so that it is easy to get anywhere. With all the available sleeping areas, we were able to invite our daughters and their families to join us. When our grandchildren are with us, they enjoy the beach at Mink Meadows. They also enjoy playing in the front yard and eating out on the deck. Vineyard Haven and the grocery store are nearby and so are many great restaurants. Mardi's home is perfect for Summer family fun and it's in a great location, location, location.

Awesome vacation home

What a beautiful home, very warm and inviting. There's a lot of room, so we (there were 11 of us) didn't feel crowded at all. The outdoor shower was very handy after coming in from the beach. It was great to have a nice, quiet private beach to go to. The large deck was lovely to hang out on when we were barbecuing. The large front yard worked well for the kids to play in. The living room was perfect size for playing board games at night. Also enjoyed the large T.V. The house was emmaculate...very clean. Lastly, Mardi was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and family.

Perfect week on the Vineyard!

My friends and I rented this house for a week and it was perfect for us! What a beautiful place! Loved the vaulted ceilings in the living/dining area and the rooms were spaced such that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Mardi was very pleasant to deal with over phone and email and her housekeeper and landscaper were around to answer any questions we had. A few of us used the private beach a couple times which was a nice bonus.

Don't hesitate to rent this place!
