Very unique apartment in beautifully restored 19th-century grist mill with private dam and waterfall, available for daily, weekly or monthly stays. The one-bedroom apartment, part of The Old Mill Inn Bed and Breakfast in Hatfield, is fully furnished and has an entrance the deck overlooking the falls. You’ll find an apartment with a sunny kitchen with river view, full-size fridge, stove and microwave and fully appointed with appliances and tableware. The apartment has a queen bed, large shower, extra large closet to store away all your luggage, and a computer desk in the living room. Convertible sofa in living room can sleep two. The history of Old Mill site in Hatfield is as old as the first settlements of the Connecticut River Valley in Western Massachusetts. |Notes||We usually offer this apartment to guests staying a week or more, though depending on time of year we can offer a nightly rate for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Rates are $200 nightly, $900 weekly, and $2300 monthly. Additional charge for occupancy over 2 is a flat fee of $100 for each adult per booking, regardless of duration of stay.|
