Our funky modern apartment is in a quiet street and has breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Wakatipu and town is only a 5 minute drive (or 20-25 minute walk)and the fantastic scenery continues all the way. Just simply arrive and start to enjoy this fully furnished pad.
The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area contains a heat pump for clean and instant heat and a fully equipped kitchen. Down the corridor are two comfortable queen bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet and laundry. The apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels and bedding.
There is a roof top hot tub available for you to book (free of charge) to relax and enjoy a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir or bubbles and watch the sun go down.
There is a bus stop just down the road, if you decide not to walk to town. Ski buses also pick up and drop off here in the ski season. A taxi ride to town is only about $12. Bar and restaurant facilities are available at nearby hotels, along with a take-away, dairy and restaurant, if you chose to stay close to home.

What to do in Queenstown...
If food is your thing, then you have come to the right place.
Queenstown is renowned for its magnificent food and wine.
You will find the best of the regions fare at any restaurant you select. Italian, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Seafood and the list goes on and on.
Dont want to dine in, grab some fish n chips and sit by the lake and watch the world go by. Dont forget some bread for the ducks.
With a cuisine to tempt every palate you won’t be disappointed.
Night Life for all ages and styles.
Put on your dancing shoes and hit the town.
With 2 casinos and more nightclubs than you could imagine for a town of its size, you will have no excuse to be bored when the sun goes down.
Top class fashion, jewellery, souvenirs and art works can all be found in town.
With Coronet Peak a half hour drive and The Remarkables around 45 minutes, the ski fields are at your fingertips. Don’t feel like driving to the slopes, grab a bus from in town.
What To Do.
Jet boating, Para-gliding, Skydiving, Bungy Jumping, Hot air ballooning, tramping tours, Luging and 4WD trips are all bound to get your heart pumping.
Want something a little less adventurous take a day trip.
You can take a coach to Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, The Glow Worm caves in Te Anau and any number of other locations.
All can be booked by phone or at The Station in town.
Play around of golf or two at Arrowtown, Frankton or Kelvin Heights golf courses.
Queenstown also has an Aquatic Centre so dont forget your swimmers.
Arrowtown is a delightful goldmining town about a half hour drive away. Take a walk through the old gold miners area and learn about the heritage of this lovely town.
Take a walk along the streets where you will find top class restaurants, delightful cafes and shops that cater for your every whim.
Dont forget to try a pie from the Arrowtown Bakery. Yum.

About Mich Rangitutia
We are happy to introduce ourselves. We are Max and Mich, who have been together for 14 years. We have two sons Tamatoa and Tai.
Max is a project Manager by Summer and a heli-boarding guide by Winter. Together they run HeliRip Heliboarding in Winter. Mich is a house wife and property manager.
We enjoy having fun, so when you stay in our properties, you are sure to have a good time whether you want a quiet peaceful stay or whether you want to party hard!
