This was wonderful! It was clean, well supplied and comfortable! I am usually a little leery of a different bed (and my back usually misses my memory foam bed), but this made for easy sleeping! The jacuzzi was a god-send after a full day of running around watching baseball workouts, intrasquad games, home games and away games (I have a friend on the team, so I was at them all. I wasn't there for the golf, so I can't accurately address that aspect.) The pool is great, especially if you want to take a day off from baseball and just sit in the sun and read. If you want to do that without the direct sun, the screened in porch area can't be beat! Even Disney is a mere two hours & change away! The cost was extremely affordable and it was great to finally have a vacation that didn't involve a hotel. The owner was prompt in answering questions and was quite helpful. If you are a Mets fan or a general baseball fan, you can't beat the location. There are several wonderful area restaurants that don't require you dressing to the nines, but offer terrific food. I would highly recommend The West End Grill and Duffy's for regular food and night time entertainment. (Duffy's has trivia night, great bar food, drink specials, bowling, laser tag and a batting cage. The West End has awesome food and the best peanut butter chocolate pie I've ever had.) There is also a sizeable shopping area nearby, including banks, Wal-Mart, Staples, Starbuck's, Publix grocery and many others. The regular season hasn't started yet and I'm practically counting the days until I can come back. (I would come for three months or longer if I could bring my kitties, but alas they must stay home while I play.) My friends, who were in the single unit, said that the A/C unit was somewhat noisy, but it wasn't enough to keep them awake all night. Sounded like routine maintenance required. Overall, I haven't stopped talking about it since I got home. Thanks for a wonderful experience! We will see you next spring!
