Ever live in a tiny home? Well here's your chance to try it. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and full size fridge. Propane gas stove and gas instant hot water heater. Ample size bathroom with granite sink top and good size (for a tiny home) jacuzzi tub. Large, mirrored wardrobe closet. Queen bed in loft. And futon on main level. Large deck out front with patio furniture to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds and wood peckers.

Located close to both airports (TPA and PIE) and a stone's throw from all the Florida fun spots. One mile from Super WalMart, Publix and a great produce market. Surrounded by many great restaurants. And walking distance to trails for hiking, biking, walking or jogging.

Private area on a beautiful shaded lot with plenty of parking.

We've lived in Florida over 25 years we're pretty famous in the area for our successful business: Mookie's Kettle Korn. We've worked thousands of area events and can point you in the direction of anything fun going on around town. And if we're here during your stay you'll be greeted with a large bag of our delicious popcorn.

Why they chose this property

We've lived in this quiet, safe neighborhood for 20 years and love the central location. Our neighbors are mostly families and working age folks and because of our beautiful Florida weather you'll see lots of people walking and biking. There are also two great parks a few miles from the house. RE Olds Park in Oldsmar and Phillippe Park in Safety Harbor.

What makes this property unique

The tiny home is a unique experience and a great experiment for anyone considering it long term but it's not for everyone. We've had couples stay here successfully but it's more of a single person rental. It IS a tiny home after all. But most of our guests are working or enjoying our Florida activities for most of the day and the central location makes it quick and easy to get to the airports, Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater or Tarpon Springs. And of course our fabulous beaches!
