Relax and enjoy this beautiful oceanfront condominium at the white sands of Panama City Beach, located on Thomas Drive next to Schooners Beach Club restaurant and within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park. Other great restaurants like Scampy's and Capt. Anderson's are also a short distance away. This professionally decorated seventh floor condominium has a spectacular view of the gulf from its gulf-front balcony.

Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and full bath, bunk area and queen sleeper. The second full bath and washer/dryer are off the hall.

Seychelles has two pools; one that is heated (October to March) with a fountain and another pool with a hot tub for relaxing after a fun day at the beach.

Additional Rental Information:

- No renters under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parents

- Minimum Two Night Rental

- No Smoking and No Pets

- Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Check-out is at 10:00 am

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so very much. The Seychelles is a really nice complex and the staff are very helpful. Kristi, the owner of this unit is great to deal with, she even called to see if all was well. The weather was better than average for the month and we were able to enjoy the outside heated pool in Jan. and of course the hot tub was always enjoyable, and well maintained. The unit is comfortable and clean. We loved sitting out on the balcony almost daily, then at sunset, Schooners Restraurant next door would shoot off a cannon...End of the day & let the fun begin!!! We enjoyed several of the local restraurants, Pineapple Willy's comes to mind. Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart are less than 10 mins. away. We made use of the exersize room and walking in the area felt safe. I would recommend this unit to friends and family.

Seychelles 708 was a wonderful choice for our vacation. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked. The property & unit were clean. We loved its location. Easy to find restaurants, shopping and relaxation. Schooners being next door is a definite plus.

The owners were very responsive -- answered all my questions, including finding out the Beach Service attendent's name and number. I would recommend this property to everyone.

This condo is exactly as described. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The owners were very easy to work with and made the reservation process painless. The location of the condo is wonderful, and the view from the balcony is priceless! This place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to friends (in fact I already have). I am already looking forward to my next trip here.

We have been coming to beach for 28+ years. We have stayed many places. In my search for a place to stay (actually looking for a different resort) I was able to find this beautiful condo. It is beautifully decorated with a wonderful view of the gulf. Also, conveniently located to all restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and in order which made our vacation enjoyable. I liked the security measures of this resort. A very friendly place to stay. And the owners are wonderful to work with when booking your reservations. We will return!!
