This is a bit 'rustic' vacation home property. The furniture ain't fancy. If you are looking for a 'posh' luxury home for your get-away, look further, like maybe in downtown Portland...about 3.5 hours away. If you want totally 'livable' charm and comfort in an incredibly peaceful and beautiful setting, contact us for a stay.

About Ralph

We honeymooned in the Bend area a long time ago. Bought this serene property 3 years ago, intending to spend 1/2 time there.

Then Grandkids happened and we are finding it tough to get away. So it has become primarily a rental property for your enjoyment.

Property is right on the Deschutes river, which is famous for fishing. The area also offers skiing, golf, off roading, snow mobiling and nearly all other outdoor activities.

Summer and winter, this place is heaven.

When you see the property on the river, you will fall in love with it as we did.

Enjoy the quite relaxation, with the gentle sound of running river. Star gazing, wildlife, and beautiful Central Oregon await you.

Pine trees are everywhere, and so are deer. One resident Doe normally crosses the back deck to spend the night by the river, returning at dawn...last year with twin fawns each day.
