Open air 2 bedroom condo with bouganvilla spilling over each corner of your balcony. Located at the south end of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone and overlooks Los Muertos Beach and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Only steps away from the beach (2-3 minutes) and easy walk to restaurants and bars, but far enough to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

There are two master bedrooms, both with king-sized beds, private ensuite bathrooms and great ocean views.

This condo has been repainted, upgraded and redecorated, along with new a/c unit.. extended countertop in kitchen and new woodwork (June 2011)

Designed by Mexican architect Diego Mendez de las Penas, this one-of-a-kind building offers unobstructed front row seats to some of the world's most amazing sunsets, viewed from the roof-top terrace of an architectural masterpiece. You will be inspired - and just imagine... from the privacy of your own suite... the sounds of the ocean... tropical flowers... awesome views.

We also have a one bedroom suite available.

This quaint, 11-unit condominium complex is, architecturally, the most interesting looking building in the Olas Altas area. Villa Blanca is located one block off the popular beach, Playa Los Muertos on the south side of Puerto Vallarta - a very safe and friendly neighbourhood.

In the morning as the sun rises it reveals the water and mountains beyond. In the evening, gorgeous sunsets signal the end of the day and the start of Mexican night life!

Along with spectacular scenery and outdoor activities, one reason Los Muertos Beach is so popular is its close proximity to the city of Puerto Vallarta, with its blend of traditional 'Old Mexico' charm and modern amenities. Cobblestone streets and old Spanish-style and red tile roof buildings with colorful flowers combine with first-class hotels and restaurants, upscale shops, art galleries, and an exciting nightlife. Villa Blanca is an easy walk - yet on a private street which is great for a peaceful night's sleep.

This condo was amazing!! The open air kitchen/living room was so unique. We loved the balcony with the flowers, butterflies, birds and the sound of the surf. The pool was refreshing after a hot day on the beach. This location is great for catching the bus south to Mismaloya and Boca or north to Nuevo Vallarta and beyond. Los Muertos beach is about 100 steps down the hill. The Malecon and Old Town are walking distance with many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Jose the manager is a great guy with a wealth of information. We loved our stay and are hoping to come back.

One of the best locations in PV. I have stayed in this Condo at least 7 times, and have always had a great time. The renovations that are currently taking place will only make it better!

Fanatastic Choice in PV

Don't look any further! This is the place to stay in Puerto Vallarta if you want to enjoy traditional PV at its finest!! Located near the beach and "Old Town" we found this condo to be close enough to enjoy all the "hot spots" in PV, yet far enough from the late-night revelers to enjoy a great night's sleep. We especially enjoyed the condo's flower-draped, wrap-around balcony, which makes it the perfect spot for enjoying views of the ocean and the beach during morning coffee and evening cocktails. With daily maid service, the condo was maintained immaculately during our stay. Jose, the caretaker is a rare find. He knows so much about PV that we used him as our "personal tour guide" to learn about the latest activities, places to go, and restaurants. And he was so helpful with all our needs. We have already decided we want to stay in this condo when we return to PV.

Unique, romantic, and memorable!

We love this condo. It has been our place of first choice for many years. It is in a beautifully unique building and is in a great area of Puerto Vallarta. The views are great, and it's just up from the beach.
